I'm a huge re-reader. This is good because I'm also a bit of a speed reader and if I didn't re-read, I'd be bankrupt and/or I'd have driven my local librarians insane.
So for Christmas I plan to re-read "Raising Steam" by Terry Pratchett -- yes, already! The book is that good I intend to re-read it soon after the original read.
I'm also thinking I'll succumb to the magic of Trisha Ashley's "The Twelve Days of Christmas" which is one of my favourite Christmas stories. Cosy but with a bit of bite - and no, that's not a vampire pun. Think English village love story, but modern.
But I saved up Michelle Diener's "In Defense of the Queen" for a time when I had space to enjoy it. At Christmas time, it's going to be my treat ... along with a glass of milk and a giant piece of whisky Christmas cake.
Do you have any Christmas reading plans, special books saved?
