I picked up "The Navy SEAL's Email Order Bride" because the name was cute and the price was FREE, and it ended up being an enjoyable weekend read. It's light. The first part is some online flirting and it's note-perfect. I liked watching the quick way the hero and heroine got to know each other.
The story is both sweet and sexy.
Perhaps towards the end the resolution is a little too easy, but that's nitpicking. This was the sort of thing I used to count on Harlequin's line to deliver -- a romance tightly focussed on the heroine and hero, the setting pleasant but not obtrusive, and the whole thing a fantasy come true (complete with dream house that needs restoring).
A nice break from life.
