I thought I'd do the big cover reveal for CLOCKWORK GOLD here, before putting it up for pre-order next week on Amazon.

There’s a conspiracy in the Goldfields of Western Australia, and the money men of London don’t like it. Dirigible pilot Rebecca Jones likes it even less. She has a messenger service to run, justice to pursue in a lawless land, and she can do without Special Agent to the Crown, Nathan Burton, hijacking her dirigible—and her heart—and disrupting her carefully laid plans. The result is adventure, romance and explosions.

I thoroughly enjoyed writing this steampunk novella. It used my history degree (20 years later!) and has a tie in to my real family history, in that my great-granddad was one of the thousands who poured into Western Australia during the gold rush. Sadly, he never did strike it rich, but he helped to build the railway lines and even built the family home beside a long-gone station. I spent my childhood visiting there, playing in the orchard and never, ever paddling in the creek -- the rumour was leeches!

And don't forget, INDULGE is free till November 9 and contains more steampunk fun, as well as paranormal romance.
