If you've read "For Your Eyes Only" you're smiling now. sniff-sniff-sniff
This is such a fun story -- yet the emotional depth is real and warm. Characters love, regret, reach out, hurt. The pop culture references and banter are a joy. The genuine emotion keeps you hooked.
There is a crazy edge to the romance -- or rather to the situations Willa gets herself into -- but only crazy in the sense of being real. Falling in love does include being terrified of being out of control.
Don't be misled by the craziness, though. The plot is beautifully structured and builds to a satisfying conclusion, looping in all the threads.
And dotted in among the banter are nuggets of wisdom. Willa and John aren't starting out, learning about life. They know to value relationships. "For Your Eyes Only" is a celebration of love -- in its many forms.
