Go read this novella! Seriously, anyone going around saying paranormal romance is dying, there's nothing fresh, should be smacked with this story. It's intense, fast-paced, fantastic (in every sense) and I could have stayed in the world Natasha Hoar created all day.
Do you remember the first time you read "Cry Wolf" by Patricia Briggs and that novella just hooked you forever on Anna and Charles's story? "The Stubborn Dead" is exactly like that.
No smexy bits in this story...not even a kiss! Wah!...but a really good set up promising LOTS of romantic tension in the future.
